01Theo10 · Packaging system

One bottle, four scents.

A label system for Theo10's Body Wash range. It had to read as one family on the shelf, and as four different products in a marketplace thumbnail.

01The brief

Theo10 sells a plant-based, soap-free body wash for all skin types in four scents. Customers meet it in two places: on a shelf, where the range should look like one family, and as a small square on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, where each scent has to be obvious at a glance.

The job: one label system that does both, and that sits with the rest of the Theo10 range.

02The constraints

  • One bottle shape and one label size for every scent.
  • Every label carries the same small print: ingredients, manufacturer details, net volume, barcode and QR code.
  • Claims such as soap-free, plant-based and made in Singapore have to be clear without crowding the front.
  • The Theo10 leaf mark and naming style stay consistent with the rest of the range.

03What I did

Let the bottle carry the scent. Each scent gets its own bottle tint, teal, green, blue or amber, so the label can stay almost the same across the range. A small colour swatch at the top of each label flat ties the artwork to its tint.

Front sells, back informs. The front holds only the brand, the product name, skin type and three claim icons. Ingredients, manufacturer details, barcode and QR code move to the back label.

Reviewed in 3D. Each label was checked on a rendered bottle, front and back, before going to print. The same renders then became the listing images.

04A new scent, two directions

For English Pear & Freesia I took the label two ways, both built on the same watercolour pear and freesia artwork. A keeps the range's clean layout and adds a yellow scent band. B goes softer, with a green wave along the bottom and the scent name in a hand-drawn seal.

05The result

  • 4 scentson one label system, told apart by bottle tint.
  • 2 directionsexplored for the newest scent, both rendered for review.
  • 1 renderper bottle, reused from label review through to the listing images.
The bottle carries the scent, so the label can stay the same.
