03Theo10 · Pack change rollout
New pack, same customer.
When Theo10's packs changed, one product changed its name too. Each notice puts old and new side by side, so a regular buyer can still find what they came for.

01The brief
Several Theo10 products moved to new packaging, and one of them, Eczema Lotion, was renamed Aftercare Lotion. Customers often buy by recognising the pack: its shape, its colour, the look of the label. A new bottle with a new name can look like a different product, or even like a copy.
The job: tell regular buyers what changed, in one glance, in a square image that fits a store gallery or a social feed.
02The constraints
- The message has to land before anyone reads a paragraph.
- Old and new packs both have to appear as they really look, because the pack is what customers recognise.
- One product changed its name as well as its look, so the new name has to be easy to spot.
- The Eczema Lotion comes in two sizes, so both sizes appear on each side.
- The notice has to feel official, so buyers trust it.
03What I did
One template. A bold title in a rounded frame. OLD on one side, NEW on the other, a chevron arrow between them. A small sparkle on the new pack, and the Official Store badge at the bottom. Nothing else competes with the packs.
Same scale, same ground. Old and new stand on the same reflective floor at a similar size, so the label changes are easy to compare. The old Eczema label carries a honey and rice illustration, a bullet list and a paragraph. The new one keeps a leaf, a name band, a short benefit line and one icon.
One colour per product. The background takes its colour from the product: blue for the eczema lotion, red for pain relief, purple for oral gel. Each matches the old label, so the notice already feels familiar before anyone reads it.
Official, not suspicious. The Official Store badge sits at the bottom of every notice, so buyers can tell it comes from Theo10 itself.
04The same notice, recoloured
The pain relief notice keeps the template as it is: one bottle on each side, on red. The oral gel notice rearranges the same parts around its low, wide packs: the old long box and syringe-style applicator on one side, a small bottle and an upright box on the other.

05The result
- 3 noticesfor the eczema lotion, the pain relief lotion and the oral gel.
- 1 templaterecoloured per product: blue, red and purple.
- 1 renameEczema Lotion to Aftercare Lotion, shown on the old and new pack in the same image.
Put the old pack next to the new one, and the change explains itself.
